This policy outlines the terms for order cancellation, refunds, and acceptance of your trailer. By placing an order with mmt-trailers.com, you agree to the terms below.

1. General Agreement

All sales made through mmt-trailers.com are considered **final** unless specific conditions for cancellation or refund are met, as detailed in this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility by Trailer Type

A. Stock Units (Pre-Built Inventory)

• Cancellation Window: A **50% refund** will be issued if the cancellation request is received **within 14 days** of the purchase date and after the payment has been made.
• No Refund After: **No refunds** will be issued after **14 days** from the purchase date.
• Acceptance: Once the stock trailer is **inspected and accepted** by the Buyer at the time of delivery or pickup, the sale is final. No refunds will be issued for visible defects or delivery-related issues after acceptance.

B. Custom Trailers (Built to Order)

All trailers, except for stock units, are **built entirely to the Buyer’s specific order and specifications.**

• Full Refund: A full refund, including any deposit, will be issued **only if the manufacturing process has NOT started.**
• Deposit Non-Refundable: **Once manufacturing has begun, no refunds will be issued, and the initial deposit is non-refundable.**
• Exception: The only exception for a post-start refund is for a **major manufacturing error** confirmed and reported at the time of delivery and inspection. In this case, a full refund or a replacement unit will be provided.

3. Post-Delivery Claims and Non-Refundable Conditions

The Buyer is required to perform a **thorough, in-person inspection** of the trailer for any visible defects, damage, or missing components **at the time of delivery or pickup.**

Once the Buyer **accepts the trailer** (by signing or taking possession), the sale is final, and **no refunds or returns will be issued** for:

• Minor cosmetic defects.
• Damages that occurred during transportation.
• Any issues that were visible and could have been identified during the pre-acceptance inspection.

Issues with Unquoted Features

No refunds or cancellations will be granted at pickup or delivery due to missing features or accessories that **were NOT included in the final quote or invoice.** It is the Buyer’s responsibility to review and approve the final order specifications before production begins.

4. Deposits and Payment Processing

• PayPal & Deposit Payments: The same terms for stock and custom units apply to purchases or deposits made via PayPal or any other method.
• Processing Time: Please allow **5–7 business days** for any eligible refund to be processed back to your original payment method (including PayPal).

5. Warranty and Liability

A. Warranty

• Warranty is by Manufacturer: Warranty coverage is provided by the manufacturer and varies by make and model. **mmt-trailers.com acts only as an authorized dealer** and does not process warranty claims directly.
• All warranty issues must be handled with the respective **manufacturer's warranty department.**

B. Seller's Liability

• The Seller's liability for any claims related to this agreement **will not exceed the total purchase value of the trailer.**
• The Seller is **not liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages** under any circumstances.

6. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Any claims or disputes that cannot be resolved amicably between the Buyer and Seller shall be resolved by **binding arbitration** under the expedited procedures of the Commercial Disputes Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and the Federal Arbitration Act (Title 9, US Code).

Waiver of Jury Trial: Both the Buyer and the Seller **waive the right to a jury trial** for any dispute not subject to arbitration.
